No party will contest the validity, enforceability or admissibility of hard copy printouts of this Agreement. Copies of it, if introduced as evidence in tangible form in any judicial or administrative proceedings, will be admissible to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business records originated and maintained in documentary form.

Global Vision respects your privacy. Miscellaneous
Global Vision may include your name and contact information in directories if its service subscribers. However, Global Vision is not authorized to use your name or other identifying information in any other advertising or promotional materials without your prior consent. This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in the Province of Quebec and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding its conflict-of-laws provisions. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Website shall be brought solely in the courts of the Province of Quebec, and you expressly submit to the jurisdiction of said courts. Any cause of action arising out of this Agreement must be instituted within on (1) year after the cause of action first accrues or the suit will be barred.
The failure of Global Vision to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and, in ant case, the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Global Vision with respect to the Global Vision website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Global Vision with respect to the Global Vision website.
